About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care support services within our South London jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our clients
  • Managing a team of staff to ensure effective service delivery
  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve company objectives
  • Monitoring and evaluating service performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Additional Responsibilities

You may also be required to fulfill the role of Registered Manager for specific sites as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of social care regulations
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in staff management and financial awareness
  • Personal attributes such as leadership, communication, and adaptability
  • Significant experience in the social care sector
