A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES COORDINATOR
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will report directly to the Front of House Manager. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests and serving as their initial point of contact
- Documenting guest requests and issues
- Handling incoming calls from potential customers and guests
- Performing administrative duties
- Providing concierge services
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Addressing guest inquiries regarding the hotel and local attractions
- Guiding guests to our dining and bar facilities
