About the Role
The Front Desk Associate working at YOTEL Glasgow is a key position that requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. As a member of our Mission Control Crew, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain a high level of accuracy with transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
