COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS

The position offers a competitive annual salary of £25,000, along with a permanent contract requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Typical shifts are scheduled between 07:00-15:00 or 15:00-23:00, covering any five days of the week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform reception duties including greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and fulfilling various guest requests.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service in line with our core values, ensuring each guest feels valued and recognized.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our Front Office management systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Assist guests with additional services to enhance their experience, such as making dining reservations and providing directions.
