Key Responsibilities- Deliver a consistently professional service to all guests and visitors
- Be proactive in greeting clients and visitors, and anticipate their needs
- Carry out regular patrols as required, ensuring a safe and secure environment
- Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all fire exits are clear and report any Health & Safety issues
- Maintain a high-security awareness and interact with CCTV as required
- Complete a detailed handover at the end of each shift
- Professional, highly driven, and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide a 5-Star guest experience and maintain high standards of customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role, with a valid SIA license
- Immaculate presentation, ability to work independently, and maintain confidentiality
- Acute sense of security awareness and ability to utilize expert resources when making decisions
