Guest Services Coordinator (Full-Time)

What are the key responsibilities of a Guest Services Coordinator? Your primary duties will include welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries or concerns, and promoting our loyalty program. You will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' overall experience, especially for our valued loyalty program members. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across various shifts, including weekends.
  • Experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems, with familiarity in Opera being a significant plus.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional results through teamwork and personal engagement.
  • A warm demeanor and a proactive approach to service.
