Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead User Researcher within the Digital, Data and Technology division of the NHS Business Services Authority. Ensuring teams adopt a user-centered, evidence-based approach to service design and delivery. Developing and assuring best practices in user research. Leading our research community with a focus on management skills and supportive approaches. Playing a significant role in user consent and research ethics, contributing to the growth of our research operations team.
