Job Overview

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is seeking a Senior User Research Specialist to lead our research initiatives within the Digital, Data and Technology department. This role involves guiding and mentoring our research community to ensure a user-focused, evidence-driven approach to service design and implementation. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance service accessibility and quality, providing expertise on research ethics, user consent, and innovative methodologies. Your influence will extend to key stakeholders as you tackle complex research challenges and promote a culture of ongoing improvement. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in user research, stakeholder collaboration, and agile practices.

Experience in a senior research role within government or healthcare Ongoing professional development in user research methodologies
