Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, sales, projects, or contracts-focused roles. You will be the main point of contact for our service engineers, booking appointments, ensuring all health and safety aspects are considered, and their welfare continuously monitored.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering maintenance works and emergency call-outs
- Resolving customer service issues within agreed SLAs
- Providing regular updates to customers on their projects
- Acting proactively at all times, carrying out duties in a professional and courteous manner
