Job Title: Customer Service Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Leader to join our team at World Duty Free - WDF. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Role model positive behavior and lead by example
  • Work collaboratively with peers and the team of Customer Service Leaders
  • Maximise department/category performance

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team in a retail customer service and sales environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate clearly in English
  • Customer-focused and able to engage and influence internal and external customers
  • Self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, and an effective team member/leader
