Job Title: Senior Guidance and Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guidance and Control Systems Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated missile guidance and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop guidance and control systems for missile applications
  • Develop and implement real-time architecture and verification techniques
  • Manage complexity in large, interconnected engineering systems
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and elegantly
  • Diagnose abnormalities in engineering systems using computer modeling and simulation
Requirements:
  • Theoretical knowledge and extensive experience of aerospace guidance, control, and navigation specification, analysis, algorithm design, and implementation
  • Ability to bound the scope of an engineering problem and express the design challenge in clear, unambiguous design requirements
  • Experience with real-time architecture and verification techniques
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
