Job Title: Senior Guidance and Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guidance and Control Systems Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sophisticated missile guidance and control systems.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex engineering problems, develop and implement innovative solutions, and collaborate with a talented team of engineers and scientists. You will be responsible for designing and testing guidance and control systems, including algorithms, real-time architecture, and complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement guidance and control systems for missile applications
  • Develop and test algorithms for real-time architecture and verification
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering problems
  • Communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot engineering systems using computer modeling and simulation
