Talent Torch is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Ecology to join our team. As a key member of our environmental consultancy business, you will be responsible for leading and managing a successful ecology team.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing ecology team, focusing on career growth, culture, and team development.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive growth and revenue.
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical input into projects and bids, utilizing your expertise to identify and realize new client opportunities.
- Experience: In excess of 10 years of relevant experience in ecology and environmental science.
- Qualifications: MCIEEM, CEcol, or CEnv preferred, with leadership and management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and client management skills, with a strong commercial knowledge and expertise in relevant legislation and policy.
- Competitive Salary: £50,000-£70,000 per annum.
