**Job Summary**

Reed is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team and deliver a professional property and facilities management service to our clients and tenants.

The role is office-based, but you will be out visiting properties to ensure sites are compliant with best practices and contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site contractors and building managers to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Collaborate with the property management team, including lettings and legal teams, to achieve business objectives.
  • Attend meetings to discuss day-to-day property management matters.
  • Manage multi-occupied properties, including commercial spaces such as retail and industrial units.
  • Oversee service charge budgets and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in the procurement of contractors and manage maintenance expenditure forecasts.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding common areas and accommodation-related matters.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of Fire and Health & Safety regulations across all properties.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates will hold IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
  • Experience in service charges, lease interpretation, and legal document analysis is essential.
  • A good understanding of management accounts functions, including credit control and tenant service charge queries.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum, plus 25 days of annual leave.
