Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of small to medium-sized blocks and estates across Greater London, Herts, and Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full range of property management duties, including budget setting, site visits, insurance provision, and major works.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong local presence.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our administrative and accounting teams to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with a background in facilities management or asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
