We are seeking a dedicated Merchandising Admin Assistant to become a vital part of our Merchandise Team. This position is essential for enhancing stock availability through accurate sales and inventory forecasts, managing stock levels, and aiding in the planning and merchandising of product assortments to fulfill customer needs while embodying the core principles of our Brand(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and circulate various reports to assist the Merchandise Team in improving KPI outcomes.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders.
  • Track and update Purchase Order delivery timelines to ensure precision.
  • Relay delivery projections to suppliers, monitor their responses, and compile summaries.
  • Keep product status information current across all platforms to comply with Merchandise standards.
  • Ensure the organization of the department.
  • Implement and oversee purchasing administration systems to guarantee product availability and prompt delivery.
  • Establish and maintain the department's filing system with support.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction while adhering to regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with our Company values.
  • Take accountability for personal and team health and safety in the workplace.
