About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Merchandise Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate sales and stock forecasting, as well as inventory management, to maximize stock availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute reports to identify opportunities to improve KPI performance.
- Create and distribute Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and maintain Purchase Order delivery dates to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Distribute DD estimates to suppliers, track, chase, and summarize their responses.
- Update product statuses on all FGH systems to ensure availability and onsite visibility align with Merchandise guidelines.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized department.
- Set up, manage, and follow through on buying administration systems and procedures to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Maintain and establish the department filing system with support.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable UK and local regulations, Company Policies, and FCA Conduct Rules.
- Demonstrate behaviors in line with our Company values.
- Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work.
