Job Summary

Anord Mardix, a global leader in critical power solutions, is seeking a skilled Supplier Development Engineer to join our EMEA Supply Chain team. This role can be located in Blackburn, Kendal, or Dundalk.

As a key member of our team, you will provide cross-functional support to select, approve, and develop suppliers to meet customer and business needs. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will be essential in driving supplier qualification and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Select suitable suppliers based on quality, capability, pricing, delivery, and environmental considerations.
  • Implement new supplier qualification processes, including capability matching, supplier risk assessment, and onsite qualification audits.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to assess capabilities and improve processes/products.
  • Track new qualified parts quality performance to ensure they meet customer quality requirements.
  • Analyze supplier data and performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in supplier development or quality engineering (training will be provided).
  • Strong technical capabilities, investigative abilities, and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
