Insurance Broker Job Opportunity

Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking an ambitious Insurance Broker to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for growing a book of commercial clients through new business and arranging policies for new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Grow a book of commercial clients through new business and arranging policies for new clients
  • Be a point of referral within the team
  • Organise daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times
  • Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the retention (renewals) of clients
  • Identify new markets, schemes and other opportunities to help grow the business

Requirements:

  • Thorough commercial insurance knowledge of at least 2 years in commercial insurance is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Organised and effective worker
  • An aptitude for sales and new business
