Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager
- Assist with administering medication and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
- Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns as necessary
- Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
- Kindness, compassion, and empathy in all interactions
