Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead the operations of our members-only bar in our new south London venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the bar team, and ensuring that our members have an unforgettable experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bar Operations Management: Oversee the daily operation of the bar, working closely with senior management and team members to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our members are consistently exceeded.
  • Event Management: Point of contact and Duty Manager at all events, working with the General Manager to liaise with clients ahead of time and then deliver these events on the ground.
  • Team Leadership: Train and lead a tight-knit bar team, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and demands.
Key Skills:
  • Cocktail Expertise: Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar management.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Passion for Music: A passion for music and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification: Food & Hygiene Level 2 certificate (training and qualifications will be provided for the right candidate).
