Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team at The Arts Club. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our members and guests, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartenders to ensure seamless bar operations and exceptional customer service
  • Support the development of junior bartenders and barbacks, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members and guests
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, including manual handling and security protocols

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members
  • Impeccable personal grooming and appearance
  • Confident and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and guests
