About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team at South Place Hotel. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and leading by example to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Lead and mentor junior bartenders to ensure high-quality service and product knowledge
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to create seamless service experiences for guests
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform menu development and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, with the ability to create innovative cocktails and menus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service
