Located in the heart of Mayfair, The Arts Club is one of Londons oldest private members clubs and home to a community of members with a passion for the creative arts, literature, and business.From distinguished art exhibitions to fine dining, live music, and an exceptional programme of events for members, the club remains at the heart of contemporary cultural life in London.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Head Bartender and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team in London.

Successful Head Bartender applicants will become part of a fun, dynamic team working across all aspects of hospitality. Staff also enjoy an extensive range of benefits, including private medical benefits, travel passes and discounts in restaurants and retail outlets across London.

About the role:

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who have worked in a similar role. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills. The role require finish at 3am at least 3 times a week.

In a nutshell:

Prepare and carry out beverage service to our Members in a courteous and efficient manner
Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartender in all aspects of bar preparation and service
Support the junior bartenders and barbacks in their development of bar operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and conditions of the bar areas over four floors
Follow all health and safety policies in relation to manual handling and security procedures

Other skills that will need to be demonstrated include:

Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Impeccable appearance of personal grooming
Confident, professional and welcoming personality
Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
Proficient in English language
