Our restaurant is recognized for its innovative and health-conscious approach to traditional Eastern Mediterranean dishes. We extend this creative spirit to our bar, where unique cocktails and an engaging atmosphere await our guests.


Role Overview: The Head Bartender will be pivotal in managing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering exceptional service to each guest. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bar operations, ensuring all practices meet our high standards.
  • Train and manage the bar team, instilling best practices and a passion for exemplary service.
  • Develop and refine the drink menu, incorporating guest feedback and sales data to enhance offerings.
  • Maintain inventory control, perform stock takes, and manage financial accountability for bar stock.
  • Engage with guests, providing personalized service and managing guest relations.
  • Ensure the bar's presentation and maintenance, including setup, running, and closing procedures.
  • Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards across all bar operations.


What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting salary of £40,000 per annum with overtime paidor £16 per hour.

Ideal Candidate:
