We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Bartender to lead our bar team and uphold our high standards.


Position Overview:

The Head Bartender will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails, and providing top-tier service to our guests. This role requires a skilled mixologist with strong leadership abilities, a passion for fine dining, and a commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Create and innovate new cocktails, maintaining an evolving and exciting beverage menu.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Train, mentor, and develop bar staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring an exceptional bar experience.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a fine dining restaurant or high-end cocktail bar.
  • Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and cocktail trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to create and innovate unique and appealing cocktails.
  • High attention to detail and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus.
