Job Title: Group Head of Affiliates

At JD Group, we are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the success of our affiliate programs. As the Group Head of Affiliates, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand awareness through affiliate marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global affiliate strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the relationships with global affiliate networks, negotiating contracts and managing program performance.
  • Manage a team of affiliate specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance appraisals to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, and to understand customer behavior across the marketing funnel.
  • Deliver against targets for traffic, sales, and other key metrics, ensuring commercial alignment and compliance.
  • Develop and implement project roadmaps to drive continual improvement across the channel, leveraging expertise in tracking and program setup.
  • Lead the strategy for markets and fascias, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Ensure the brand and department are well-represented across all communications, internal and external.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple programs or markets, with a track record of delivering strategy and projects that support wider business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and negotiate contracts.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office, and Power BI.
