Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven strategies across all digital performance channels to achieve sales and traffic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Effectiveness teams to implement innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of marketing effectiveness strategies across all channels and full-funnel campaign activations.
  • Continuously track and monitor performance, utilising data to ensure all channels are fully optimised.
  • Adapt a robust test and learn approach to ensure the continual growth of performance marketing channels.
  • Budget management - define optimal budget deployment by channel against objective.
  • Reporting - provide actionable learnings and optimising accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital performance channels, including search, paid social, and affiliates.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a drive to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with experience of using relevant software packages and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of sharing information effectively.
  • Team management experience, with the ability to manage, delegate, and support teams with varied skill sets.
