About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Affiliate Program Manager to lead our Affiliate Channel at JD Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our Affiliate programs across the UK, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Affiliate Strategy: Work closely with the Associate Director of Performance Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive Affiliate strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead Affiliate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with global Affiliate networks, devising a strategy and roadmap for growth for each program.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team of Affiliate specialists, providing mentoring, appraisals, and guidance on best practices.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on Affiliate program performance to the Trading functions and AD of Performance marketing, providing insights into market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing channels and trading teams to support campaigns and understand performance and customer behavior across the full marketing funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Deliver against targets for the Affiliate channel globally for traffic, sales, and other key metrics aligned to the business.
  • Contract Negotiation: Develop commercially aligned contracts, negotiating commercials and working closely with procurement and legal teams.
  • Project Management: Implement and deliver against a project roadmap that drives continual improvement across the channel.
  • Market Innovation: Lead the strategy for markets and fascias, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve.
  • Brand Representation: Ensure the brand and department are well represented across all communications internally and externally.
  • Partner Development: Develop commercially aligned agreements and contracts with key partners to support the wider business strategy.
Role Objectives and KPIs
  • Drive Alignment: Drive alignment across various fascias and markets.
  • Performance Delivery: Deliver on performance targets such as revenue growth and ROI for the channel.
  • Contract Review: Review publisher and network contracts with the support of the lead.
  • Long-Term Planning: Create long-term plans and identify areas of growth and opportunity for the channel.
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of projects.
  • Growth Pillars: Implement pillars of growth for the programs.
  • Plan Ownership: Take ownership of plans with the support of the Affiliate Manager/Leads.
  • Process Improvement: Create or improve existing processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience managing multiple programs or markets.
  • Team Management: Experience managing large teams.
  • Strategy Delivery: Proven delivery of strategy and projects that support wider business objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Google Analytics, MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel), Power BI.
