Job Title: Group Head of Affiliates

As a key member of the JD Group team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Head of Affiliates to lead our affiliate marketing efforts. This is a critical role that will drive the strategy and growth of our affiliate programs across the UK, Europe, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the relationships with global affiliate networks, negotiating contracts and driving growth for each program.
  • Manage a team of affiliate specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance appraisals to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyse and report on performance metrics, providing insights into market trends and making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trading, and procurement, to support campaigns and understand customer behavior.
  • Deliver against targets for traffic, sales, and other key metrics, ensuring the affiliate channel contributes to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Develop commercially aligned contracts, negotiating with key partners and working closely with procurement and legal teams.
  • Implement and deliver against a project roadmap, driving continual improvement across the channel.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multiple affiliate programs or markets.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams.
  • Ability to deliver strategy and projects that support wider business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office, and Power BI.
