About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving for meetings and events. Your role will involve greeting guests, ensuring everything is set up as planned, and assisting with guest inquiries and coordinating with various hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, guests, and attendees at the M&E Host Desk.

• Provide accurate information about event details, locations, and hotel services.

• Assist in managing and resolving guest inquiries or issues in a timely manner.

• Prepare table plans, name cards, menus, and support sales and marketing team.

• Other duties as assigned by the Meetings and Events (M&E) Sales Director.

Contract Details

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on business needs.
