We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Be knowledgeable about our current promotions and products, and proactively offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Deliver a prompt and efficient service of food and beverages, ensuring that all products are of the highest quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure that guests have access to a wide range of products at all times.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve targets.
  • Sound communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
