Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Host to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all events run smoothly and that our guests receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and attendees at the M&E Host Desk.
  • Provide accurate information about event details, locations, and hotel services.
  • Assist in managing and resolving guest inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare table plans, name cards, menus, and support sales and marketing team.
