About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic Transformation team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage change management efforts for multiple transformation projects, developing comprehensive strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Analysis team to define new processes and workflows, ensuring seamless integration within existing systems.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting open communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee engagement throughout the change process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within complex retail environments.
  • A recognized change management qualification, such as Prosci certification.
  • Deep understanding of change methodologies, including Prosci and ADKAR.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive adoption.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
