The Opportunity
The Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) Transformation Change Manager is tasked with crafting and executing change management strategies and plans that enhance employee engagement and utilization. The GF Mod Transformation Change Manager concentrates on preparing, assisting, and equipping personnel to embrace and utilize modifications to business processes, systems and technology, job functions, organizational structures, and more.
The objective of the GF Mod Transformation Change Manager is to facilitate quicker adoption, increased utilization of changes, and proficiency with the modifications that influence employees' daily responsibilities.

What will my responsibilities include?

Utilize a Change Management framework, processes, and tools to devise a strategy that supports the adoption of necessary changes for a project or initiative Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of essential communications Conduct impact assessments, evaluate change readiness, and identify key stakeholders Provide insights, document requirements, and assist in the design and delivery of training programs Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation strategies Assess and ensure user readiness Define and measure success indicators and monitor change progress

What Team will I be a part of?

You will join the UK&I 'Change' team. This small yet critically important team connects individuals across our organization to focus on delivering the right projects, in the most effective manner, to achieve our business objectives. It proactively and independently challenges and innovates, working diligently to enhance the way we operate and implement change as a business.

In this role, you will also have a dotted line into a Global Change Team responsible for the comprehensive Global Finance Modernization Program, of which the UK&I is one market. This team will lead the Global Change methodology, which you will adapt for the UK&I.

Your 'stakeholders' are diverse and varied:

Head of Project Delivery Change Director Tech & Change VP and Chief Transformation Officer The Change Team GF Mod Program Sponsors GF Mod recipients - will vary from restaurant crew to specific functions Suppliers and partners Global Change Management Lead UK&I Executive Team UK&I Leadership Team * Franchisees

What qualifications should I possess?

GF Mod is a large Finance Transformation initiative. You should have led the creation and execution of similarly scaled programs, ideally involving an Oracle solution Familiarity with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to clearly articulate complex topics to audiences who are not subject matter experts Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, including at the executive level Ability to influence others and work towards a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable; capable of working in ambiguous situations Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives
