The Head of Change Management will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth ambition, transformation portfolio, and achievement of strategic objectives. By guiding and leading change initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver a Comprehensive Business Change Strategy: Create and implement an integrated business change strategy and approach across the portfolio of transformation programmes.
- Lead and Mentor a Team of Change Management Professionals: Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance, support, and best practice.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the change strategy and objectives, communicate the vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Foster a Culture of Change Readiness: Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability within the organization using an organizational and business change impact assessment approach.
- Monitor and Evaluate Change Initiatives: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience in Transformation Change Programmes: Experience successfully leading and managing complex transformation change programmes.
- APM Change Management Practitioner: APM Change Management practitioner or equivalent with experience in a Change Management role within a medium/large organization.
- Strong Knowledge of Change Management Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools with experience delivering Change Management tools and capabilities within a portfolio of projects and programmes.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management, able to influence, secure buy-in, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations at all levels.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, listener, and ability to engage, building relationships at all levels.
