Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Projects Business Partner to join our team at Omni, a leading financial services company. As an HR Projects Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our EDI strategy and driving forward key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of our EDI strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive forward EDI actions to attract and onboard diverse talent, create an inclusive culture, and develop EDI awareness.
  • Coordinate activity across key stakeholders and diversity strands, including collaboration with teams to deliver EDI activity.
  • Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR strategy, policy, and activity.
  • Engage with Corporate Communications to integrate EDI content plans with the Company's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Embed positive change while balancing business needs, working alongside the HR Business Analyst to drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis.
  • Lead the implementation of assigned HR initiatives, including policy development, process enhancements, and framework creation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing HR processes and practices, supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR Business Partner with project management experience in financial services or professional services.
  • Passion for EDI and commitment to driving positive change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive forward key initiatives.
