Customer Development Specialist - Premium Beverages

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Development Specialist to join our dedicated field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the hospitality industry, ensuring the success of our premium beverage portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Asahi UK's renowned beer and cider brands, engaging with outlet decision-makers and bar teams to promote product knowledge and drive sales.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales managers to execute strategic initiatives, including training programs, promotional events, and trade activations.
  • Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, achieving visit targets and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure brand loyalty and category growth.
  • Capture and analyze data from each customer interaction using a CRM system to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and provide valuable insights to the team.
