Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing data science team to deliver value-adding projects that drive business growth and profitability.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering team members to grow and develop their skills.
• Analyze company performance metrics to inform and interpret data-driven models that optimize business performance.
• Shape our R&D strategy and modeling roadmap to stay ahead of the curve and capitalize on emerging trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to acquire vendor data and build business cases that drive strategic decision-making.
• Provide expert mentorship and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
• Design and execute experiments and multivariate testing to evaluate AI solutions and drive business impact.
• Assess the feasibility of machine learning solutions and operationalize successful prototypes with data engineers.
• Develop and maintain algorithms to optimize business performance and drive growth.
