About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Development Manager to join our Booker Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
