About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Development Manager to join our Booker Group team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting new business opportunities and identifying potential store locations
  • Building relationships with existing retailers and Premier symbol operators
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Managing sales, debt, margin, cash profit, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solution-focused sales approach with a natural ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving license
  • Familiarity with the local area and social and economic factors affecting it
