About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our workforce solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce acquisition plans that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Workforce Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic workforce acquisition plans that meet client requirements.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for client extended workforce programs, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance and progress of client extended workforce programs, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements for the extended workforce.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in workforce acquisition, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, human resources, or a related field.
