About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Acquisition Manager to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Act as the single point of contact for all client extended workforce requirements, providing guidance and support on the best sourcing strategy and process.
  • Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the client extended workforce, from intake to offer, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Work closely with Programme/Procurement Specialists and sourcing teams to ensure a timely and quality delivery of candidates that match the client specifications and expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance and progress of the client extended workforce programme, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements for the extended workforce.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in workforce acquisition, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of the extended workforce market, trends, and best practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Brand aligned and customer focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
