Overview

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Business Rules Configuration Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in rulebook configuration and upgrades, particularly within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Business team in a Business Rules Management System (BRMS) environment.
  • Engage in activities such as Rule Authoring, Validation, Testing, Investigation, and Deployment.
  • Write and maintain business rules within the rules engine.
  • Assist the Business team in implementing rules-based products for various clients across different regions.
  • Educate end-users on the rules environment, including the structure and significance of rules.
  • Promote awareness of the benefits of business rules.
  • Manage the harvesting and design of business rules as part of performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Decision Management services and systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as IBM ODM, InRule, Drools, and FICO Blaze Advisor.
  • Ability to handle service requests and work orders efficiently.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into configurable rules while considering system impacts.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Structure rules based on logical models, domains, and taxonomies within the BRMS.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Business Rule Analysis within a BRMS environment.
  • Experience with rules building, development, and rule repositories.
  • Exposure to the IT project management lifecycle.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams across various departments and time zones.
  • Specialized industry experience in the insurance segment is highly preferred.
