About the Role:The Business Rules Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with our Business team in a Business Rules Management System (BRMS) environment to perform activities such as Rule Authoring, Rule Validation, Rule Testing, Rule Investigation, and Rule Deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Rule Development: Write and maintain Business Rules in the Rules Engine, ensuring seamless integration with clients in different geographies.
- Business Rule Education: Educate customers and end-users on the Rules environment, its structure, and significance.
- Business Rule Promotion: Promote awareness about the advantages of business rules and maintain responsibility for harvesting business rules and designing as part of performance improvement tasks.
- Professional Experience: 3 years of professional experience in Business Rule Analysis within a Business Rule Management environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Business Rules Management System for rules building, development, rule repository, rule engine, or the ability to easily learn a new tool.
- Project Management: Exposure to IT project management lifecycle and experience in managing diverse teams working across departments, time zones, and geographies.
- Industry Experience: Specialized industry experience in the Insurance segment is highly preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
