Job Title: Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join our friendly community neurological rehabilitation team at Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality OT/PT assessments to patients with neurological conditions, delivering individualized treatment programs in clinics, patients' homes, and community settings.
  2. Manage a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, utilizing knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.

Person Specification:

  • HCPC registered
  • Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
  • Experience of working with community/stroke/outpatients
  • UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential
