Job Title: Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to join our friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with your AHP colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide OT/PT assessment to neurological patients with diverse physical and cognitive presentations, and deliver an individualized treatment program in clinic, patients' homes, and community settings.
  • Undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.

Person Specification:

  • HCPC registered.
  • Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy degree or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with community/stroke/outpatients.
  • UK Driving License/Use of a car for work essential.
