Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between technology and security, risk, and compliance divisions
  • Create risk-focused reports and convey performance metrics related to risk and compliance
  • Develop a standardized system for risk tracking and a repository for Technology assets
  • Support essential stakeholders in fulfilling risk and compliance obligations
  • Lead projects of small to medium scale

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Familiarity with risk management principles
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and resolve complex issues
  • Experience in a matrixed organizational structure
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to adapt to change
  • Understanding of change management methodologies
  • Ability to influence and guide team members
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
