Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our Business Services vertical, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses, and increased customer profitability. You will be responsible for supporting business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers' deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Performing targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
- Developing an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution. Providing business support through fraud analysis and research.
- Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensuring corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate. Utilizing various data workflow management and analysis tools.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal.
