About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Reviews: Conduct proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements and optimize the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions.
- Monitor and Analyze Customer Performance: Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Develop Action Plans: Develop an action plan for key customers to improve their maturity on the solution and provide business support through fraud analysis and research.
- Improve Fraud Detection Performance: Utilize various data workflow management and analysis tools to improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Data Analysis Tools: Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal.
- Proactive Nature: Have a highly proactive nature and be well-organized and able to prioritize time.
You'll work within a collaborative and supportive environment to grow your personal and problem-solving skills and help deliver solutions that will go head-to-head against some of the most motivated attackers in the world to protect billions in revenue.
